1. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your digital product will be delivered by email and/or made available on the order confirmation/download page.

• Most download links are available immediately or within a few minutes after payment clears.
• During busy periods or provider delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
• Bundle orders may be delivered as separate files, separate links, or one combined delivery path.
• Download links are sent to the email address entered at checkout.

2. If Your Download Does Not Arrive

First, check your spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders. If the email still is not there, contact us and include your order number and checkout email address.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If the issue is on our side and we cannot restore access within 48 hours after you report it, our Refund Policy may apply.

3. No Physical Shipping at Launch

At launch, Brutal Little Books sells digital products only. There are no shipping charges for digital products, and no physical package will be sent.

If Shopify or a payment provider displays a shipping-related field during checkout, it is part of the checkout system and does not mean a physical product is being shipped unless the product page clearly says so.

4. Hardcopy Waitlist

The hardcopy waitlist is not a purchase. Joining the waitlist does not charge you, reserve stock, or create a shipping order. If physical books become available later, we will publish separate product, shipping, delivery, returns, and refund details before taking payment.

5. Incorrect Email Address

If you entered the wrong email address at checkout, contact us as soon as possible from the correct email address and include any order information you have. We may need to verify the order before resending files.
